We have outfitted fabric buildings with fall protection allowing locomotives to be serviced and retrofitted safely by work crews while also protecting them from the elements. Our membrane structure buildings survive harsh environments and can be used as sand blasting and paint bays. Constructed from square and rectangular tube steel, which offers 30% more tensile strength than round tube, these engineered frames are shipped to the job site and erected within a few days. The vinyl coated polyester fabric is one of the toughest in the industry and is the cornerstone of a durable structure that can last for 25 years. We use between 25 - 35 oz fabrics depending on the application. If punctured or damaged we will come to you and conduct onsite repairs without having to re-skin the entire structure, which is expensive and requires down time.
